At Beauty On Cue, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, long-wear lip lacquers that meet the highest standards. Each product is carefully reviewed for quality prior to being packed and shipped to ensure that you receive the best possible experience with every order.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. Exchanges are not accepted.
Extreme Circumstances
Refunds may only be approved in rare, extreme cases such as receiving a defective or incorrect product. All requests for refunds are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration, the issue must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Proof of defect, such as photos or videos, may be required for evaluation.

Lost or Delayed Orders Policy
If your order appears to be lost or is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, we kindly ask that you follow these steps:

Before reaching out, please check your order's tracking information. You can find this in your shipping confirmation email. Sometimes carriers may experience delays, and the tracking will provide the most up-to-date status. -
Allow Extra Time for Delivery
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days beyond the expected delivery date. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to high shipping volume, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
Contact the Shipping Carrier
If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, contact your local postal service or shipping carrier. Often, packages are left in secure locations or with neighbors. Provide them with the tracking number for more details. -
Reach Out to Us
If your order is lost or remains undelivered after the extra time allowance, please contact us at info@bocsupport.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a solution.
Resolution Options

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Delayed Orders: For orders delayed beyond the standard shipping time (and the additional 3-5 days), we will expedite a new shipment at no extra charge or provide other support as necessary.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally. P.O boxes are not accepted for US territories.
